Homemade Green Tea Ginger for a Healthy Liver and Weight Loss

Are you suffering from belly fat?

Have you tried exercising, dieting and even pills but none of them worked?

One reason could be that your liver cells have accumulated too much fat.

When we consume meals having more fat than our body can handle, the extra fat ends up in the liver.

This is why it’s so very important to sip atleast 2 glasses of water as soon as you wake up.

Sipping water instead of gulping it down helps to remove toxins in the body in a healthy way.

Gulping down water is a big no no! Google the reason and you will be amazed as how much damage it can do to the body.

Wake up 45 minutes early every morning to sip the 2 glasses of water.

Wait for atleast ½ an hour before having your morning coffee or tea.

Drink a cup of green tea which has 3 slices of ginger added to it twice a day.

You can have a cup of green tea ginger ½ an hour before your lunch and another cup 30 minutes before dinner.

Stubborn abdominal fat must first be loosened before it can be removed from the body.

Two ways this can be done is to sip water upon wakening up in the morning and to drink 2 cups of green tea ginger twice a day.

You should also aim to sip atleast an additional 4 glasses of water throughout the day. You will be amazed at how much fat gets removed from the body within a short period of time.

You should also include a few belly fat fighting workouts to help break down the fat.

Keep in mind that not all workouts out there will give fast results.

Don't forget to warm up before each exercise and warm down when finished. It's important to warm up so that your body gets prepared for the workout that's to come.

Here are two websites that have the perfect belly fat fighting workouts that burn abdominal fat in a short time.

Choose atleast 3 exercises from each website which does not put a strain on your body.

The number of times you should perform each exercise is 50 times if you want to see results within a week!

Once you finish your workout do the following Japanese belly fat fighting exercise. It will only take 5 minutes and all you need is a yoga mat and a rolled up towel.

Ancient Skin Remedy For Body Rashes

The ancients had limited resources for healing when compared to healers of this era yet they were capable of treating a number of ailments.

One such ailment was skin rashes.

A common remedy used for preventing skin rashes was one made with turmeric and coconut oil.

Not only did this skin healing pack kill bacteria and germs on skin responsible for boils and red itchy skin but it also moisturized the skin leaving it smooth and soft.

To make this ancient healing pack take a teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix it with 4 tablespoons coconut oil.

Spread all over the skin (avoid the face) and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.

Using a washcloth or loofah gently massage the skin for a minute or two.

Rinse with warm water while gently wiping the skin with the loofah/washcloth.

How To Get Rid Of Body Odor The Natural Way

Did you know that sweat has no odor but it’s the bacteria that are responsible for producing a nasty smell when we sweat?

Sweat is an ideal breeding ground for bacteria and when it finds the skin sweating the skin becomes a permanent dwelling for the growth of bacteria.

The prefect places for bacteria to grow by feeding off sweat are under the armpits, the groin area, anal area, feet and inner thighs.

You can spray on/dab on skin products specially formulated to get rid of body odor but this is only a temporary solution.

You need to find a remedy that will kill the bacteria growth and there are two ideal ways to do so but both should be done together.

One is drink at least 6 glasses of water a day to flush out germs and bacteria from the body.

Second is to soak in a warm bath for 20 minutes twice a week.

You should add ½ a cup Epsom salt in the bath prior to soaking in it.

The warm Epsom salt bath will draw out the toxins and bacteria on skin plus that inside the body.

How Comfortable Is Your Bedroom

The bedroom is one of the most important rooms in the house for it’s the place we go to when we want to rest.

Yet some of us tend to not fully get the rest our mind and body needs as we sleep.

The reason is because our bedroom is not arranged or designed in a way to help get a good night’s rest.

The color, temperature, size and comfort of the mattress, lighting in the bedroom and the smell of the bedroom has a huge impact on increasing the levels of sleepiness and relaxation in the mind and body.

Light pastels, grays, beige and whites are perfect colors for a bedroom.

Choose a mattress that gives you comfort plus make sure to change it every 7 years.

Use 60 watt bulbs to light up the room and prevent light coming through curtains/drapes or blinds when sleeping during the day.

The brain has the habit of waking us up when it perceives light during sleep.

Make sure the bed is not facing a door or window.

For an ideal sleep the temperature of the room should be cool and not warm.
