Home Remedies for Osteoarthritis

Our body is made of a large number of bones. When two of these bones meet it’s called a joint. Each bone is covered with a thick tissue called a cartilage at the point where they meet. The cartilage acts as a cushion by protecting the bones from damage when it rubs against each other during movement.

When the cartilage gets weak and damaged it causes the bones to rub against each other hence causing severe pain and swelling and in extreme cases difficulty in the movement  of the joint. Osteoarthritis is the name given to this form of joint disease.

Osteoarthritis is a form of arthritis which only affects the joint and movement unlike rheumatoid arthritis which causes damage to both the joints and certain internal organs.

Osteoarthritis occurs mainly in the elderly although those in their middle age and younger are also known to suffer from the disease if they are:
  • Overweight
  • Have a defect or injury in the joint
  • Have joints which are not properly developed are also at risk of suffering from Osteoarthritis
  • Straining the joints while playing sports or when doing certain jobs can also cause Osteoarthritis.

These sachets are ideal to be used in making a face mask that treats rough dry skin hence leaving it soft smooth and supple.
Just take a sachet (about a teaspoon) and pour its contents into a clean bowl. Then stir in 1 tablespoon pure honey. Apply the mixture on face and leave for 15 to 20 minutes. Next rinse off with lukewarm water and a washcloth.

Coffee and honey when used together on skin can help blood circulation plus it absorbs bacteria and dead skin that’s responsible for dry rough skin.

Are you suffering from belly fat?
Have you tried exercising, dieting and even pills but none of them worked?
One reason could be that your liver cells have accumulated too much fat.
When we consume meals having more fat than our body can handle, the extra fat ends up in the liver. This can trigger the appearance of fat in the belly, thighs, arms and legs.
Abdominal fat is one of the hardest to lose. Stubborn abdominal fat must first be loosened before it can be removed from the body.
Two ways this can be done is to sip about 4 glasses of water upon wakening up in the morning and to also drink 2 cups of green tea with ginger slices twice a day.

You should also aim to sip atleast an additional 4 to 6 glasses of water throughout the day. You will be amazed at how much fat gets removed from the body within a short period of time.
Sipping water instead of gulping it down helps to remove toxins in the body in a healthy way.

Gulping down water is a big no no! Google the reason and you will be amaz…
