Home Remedies for Wrinkles


Honey and Vitamin E Mask for Wrinkles

Ingredients:
  • 3 Vitamin E capsules
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Method:

Remove the oil from the Vitamin E capsules and mix together with the yoghurt, lemon juice and honey. Set aside.

Wash the face with a mild baby soap. Pat dry and apply the vitamin E mask on the face avoiding the eyes and lips. Leave for ten minutes and then rinse off with warm water. Pat dry. Do not apply any makeup or moisturizer on the face until 24 hours has passed. Do this treatment twice a week.

Olive oil and Orange Juice Mask for Wrinkles

Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • 1 egg yolk beaten
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal

 Method:

Mix together the olive oil, orange juice, egg yolk and oatmeal in a bowl. Set aside.

Wash the face with a mild baby soap. Pat dry with a clean wash cloth and apply the olive oil mask on the face avoiding the eyes and lips. Leave for 20 minutes and then rinse off with warm water. Pat face dry with a clean wash cloth. Do not apply any makeup or moisturizer on the face until 24 hours has passed. Do this treatment twice a week.

Seedless Green Grapes for Wrinkles

Wash the face with a mild baby soap. Pat dry with a clean wash cloth.

Mash a few green grapes in a bowl. Apply on clean face and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry with face towel. Do this treatment three times a week.

Pineapple Juice for Wrinkles

Wash the face with a mild baby soap. Pat dry with a clean wash cloth.

Extract the juice of a slice of fresh pineapple. Apply on clean face and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a face towel. Do this treatment three times a week.

Include a cup of green grapes or a cup of fresh pineapple pieces in your diet twice a week to maintain healthy young looking skin.
