A Perfect Home Remedy For Stinky Feet

Feet stink when we allow bacteria to build up on skin. When feet become sweaty especially when we wear shoes it becomes a breeding place for bacteria. Micrococcus sedentarius is the bacteria responsible for stinky feet. When it feeds on the skin cells and oils of feet the bacteria produces an acid plus sulfur compounds. This acid and sulfur compounds is what makes feet smell.

A good home remedy to get rid of stinky feet is using black tea. Just fill a basin with strong warm black tea and soak the feet in it for 15 minutes every night before going to bed.

For those of you who have stinky shoes just take 2 small pieces of cedar wood and place 1 inside each shoe and leave it for a few days without wearing. The smell will disappear.
