Beat Stress With Chamomile Tea

The ancients had it easy unlike us in this era for stress was not a big part of their lives. I’m sure they had to cope with some stress but I believe not as much as many of us who do in this day and age.
Chamomile tea has a soothing effect on the body and mind. That’s why it’s a much sought after tea to help bring down levels of stress. But just like many natural remedies one should use it on a regular basis to see its positive effects.
Drinking at least 2 to 3 cups of chamomile tea a day or even every other day can do wonders in bringing relief to stress.
If you are unable to find chamomile tea in the parts where you live then 1,000 milligrams of Vitamin C is another option. Vitamin C rich foods have been found to be effective in calming stress levels in a person.
