Eat Yogurt and Drink Turmeric Milk If You Want A Healthy Colon

Do you suffer from bloating, gas, constipation, headaches, fatigue and also find it hard to lose weight? Well the reason could be because your colon is filled with toxins – the same toxins that should have been sent out of the body by the colon.

Our colon is an important organ in the body since it helps to flush out toxins and bacteria which have been turned into waste from the food we eat. A weak colon is one that has stored so much of such toxins that it can no longer eliminate it properly from the body. When this happens one is at high risk of suffering from colon cancer. Trust me when I say colon cancer is one of the most horrifying cancers a person can get. A person suffers a slow yet extremely painful death when the cancer begins to eat away at them.

To maintain a healthy colon eat at least 2 cups of yogurt a day. The probiotics (healthy bacteria) in yogurt will destroy bad bacteria in the colon hence flushing it out of the body.

In addition drink a glass of warm milk which has ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder dissolved in it every night before going to bed. Turmeric is the wonder spice that has been around since ancient times and according to studies can help prevent the growth of cancer cells when taken regularly.
