Get Rid Of Rough Dry Skin With Mint and Tomatoes

In China a number of women who take care of their skin turn at times to mint for brightening and softening the appearance of their face. They do this by crushing 4 mint leaves and spreading on clean face. After 15 minutes they rinse the skin with warm water and a wash cloth.

Tomato on the other hand is also a healing skin food which is used on the face by some women throughout many parts of the world to treat an uneven skin tone and smooth out rough dry skin.

The tomato is cut in half and the fleshy part is gently rubbed on the skin for a minute or two and then left on skin for 10 minutes. The face is then rinsed with warm water.
Both treatments should be done at least twice a week.
