Simple Homemade Hair Conditioner For Damaged Hair

Certain fruits like bananas and avocados are a good remedy to treat damaged hair when applied directly on hair. Yet I find such remedies can be quite messy and that’s why when I want to make an all natural conditioner to maintain healthy hair I make one using just two ingredients minus any fruit.

The two ingredients are yogurt and egg white. Both add protein to hair and help to maintain the luster shine and softness of hair when used regularly (atleast once a week).

To make the conditioner beat together 1 egg white with 5 tablespoons plain yogurt.


Apply on hair and massage for a minute or two. Leave for an hour and rinse hair with warm water and a mild baby shampoo.
