Rosacea is a skin order that affects thousands of women especially in the west. The skin turns red and will also have the appearance of tiny red rashes which can sometimes be quite itchy and uncomfortable. The red flare ups get worse when under stress or during hot weather.
A natural remedy used by a number of rosacea sufferers is honey. Some tend to drink ½ a cup of warm water which has a teaspoon of honey dissolved in it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
They also cleanse their face with warm water and a mild baby soap and then spread a thin layer of honey on the clean skin. After half an hour gently wipes the honey from the skin with wet cotton pads that has been soaked in warm water.
