Not getting enough sleep, stress and aging are three factors responsible for causing one to be forgetful.
Once we began having problems with focusing and our memory starts to deteriorate we are unable to enjoy a normal life and our health too weakens.
Forgetfulness leads to dementia and trust me dementia is one disease you do not want to get.
So to avoid suffering from such a disease don’t deprive yourself of the much needed sleep your mind and body needs.
Stress also causes your mind to suffer resulting in the brain not being able to function properly.
Fortunately there are a number of foods that promote brain health which we can consume.
A few such foods are –
- Blueberries – at least one cup a day
- Nuts like walnuts or pumpkin seeds – at least 1 ounce a day
- Avocado – at least ½ an avocado a day
- Wheatgerm – at least 2 tablespoons a day
