The bedroom is one of the most important rooms in the house for it’s the place we go to when we want to rest.

Choose a mattress that gives you comfort plus make sure to change it every 7 years.
Use 60 watt bulbs to light up the room and prevent light coming through curtains/drapes or blinds when sleeping during the day.
The brain has the habit of waking us up when it perceives light during sleep.
Make sure the bed is not facing a door or window.
For an ideal sleep the temperature of the room should be cool and not warm.
